We want you to absolutely love the services we provide! This is our Refund Policy regarding what services/products are refundable and when.

Website Hosting Refunds

When your website is hosted with us, we may charge the first and last month’s hosting fee. After that, you are on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime and move your website elsewhere. If you paid annually, we are unable to refund any unused time.

Support Services Refunds

Refer to your particular Support Contract for details on refunds. If you need a copy of your contract, please get in touch with us.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services, WordPress design, custom work, or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
